Building a Niche
Whilst the practice had built a specialty in age care, the website did not reflect it. The site had a video explaining how Core Value financial planning could help prospects but little engagement was occurring from the website.
Financial planning is the lead service offering. When an new client comes in to see a planner the focus is on getting the financial health of the client in place first, the Foundations (budget, cashflow, risk, estate). This requires a high touch service and coordination of lots of things for the client.
