MYLA is our very first CSR. She is resourceful, considerate, diligent, humble and respectful. Nothing is ever too hard for Myla and she’s always keen to help. We value her and our clients love her. Myla certainly has become a key member of Navwealth.
This week whilst I have been at a conference MYLA has exceeded my expectations so many times. I say this as Myla has used her initiative to achieve some client activities whilst a number of us have been out of the office.
This means Myla didn’t have the normal support from our office she may have needed but still got the job done. The outcome of this was great client service.
