Learning and Development Manager
Kay is responsible for the knowledge base. She conducts training for new staff members as well as the ongoing training for all staff. She regularly updates the Learning Management System and reviews case studies each FPA has to complete during the induction to ensure staff is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills before they are handed over to you.
She is also the point of contact for FPAs with whatever task they are stuck with. If you have any suggestions on areas our FPAs need to improve on, she’ll be happy to hear from you.
