Head of Client Experience
Gazzy has joined the company last June 30,2014 as a financial planning representative. She was then promoted as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) assisting the Learning & Development Manager for new hires.
It is clearly manifested that she has the spirit of a leader and later on became a Client Service Manager handling 15 (or more) FPAs in a team–doing coaching and quarterly performance evaluations. Because of her exemplary service to her team and their clients, she is now given a new role as Head of Client Experience where she is responsible for providing seamless and documented process in the client on boarding.
She also takes responsibility in handling projects and leads 4-5 client service managers in handling their respective teams. She works closely with them in delivering good performance, addressing issues and provide help in getting full resolution.
