Client Services Manager


Jon (Bej) joined VBP in 2015 after having spent 10 years working in the BPO industry; servicing accounts for technical support, credit card fraud and retail banking. He joined the company as a Financial Planning Assistant. He then transitioned to being the Coordinator of the Scalable Admin Services after a year, where he was responsible for assessing new hires that they are client-ready as well as ensuring that SAS client deliverables are met. In 2017 he transitioned to being a full-time Client Services Manager for Admin Client Services, winding down his SAS team and managing his own team of FPAs. He completed his Diploma of Financial Planning in 2019 and joined the Advice team as a CSM and has been helping manage paraplanners achieve their performance goals since then.
