Jon (Bej) joined VBP in 2015 after having spent 10 years working in the BPO industry servicing accounts for technical support, credit card fraud and retail banking. He joined the company as a CSR then transitioned as the Coordinator of the Scalable Admin Services after a year where he is responsible for assessing newbies to ensure they are client-ready as well as ensuring that SAS client deliverables are met.
